Make an embroidery contact sheet
A contact sheet lets someone choose a design without installing embroidery software. Start with the designs relevant to their request, not every file you own.
Build a useful shortlist
- Choose PES, PEC or DST files you have permission to use. A ZIP can contain a collection; unsupported formats are skipped.
- Check the previews. A thumbnail is a decoded stitch path, not a photograph of the finished embroidery.
- Use labels a customer will understand. The PDF also retains each original filename so you can find the chosen design again.
- Select six larger previews or twelve compact previews per page. Add a collection title and your shop name, then download the PDF.
What the dimensions mean
Dimensions cover the sewn path, including the endpoints of each stitch. Detached jumps are excluded. The numbers do not include stabilizer, fabric margins or hoop clearance. Check compatibility in your machine software before stitching.
Before sending it
Open the PDF and check the selection, page count and labels. Colors are approximate; DST does not retain original thread colors. A digital preview cannot show the effect of thread sheen, fabric, tension or stitch density.
Share only designs and preview images your license permits. This tool does not change ownership or grant commercial-use rights.
